Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The oracle card decks are considered collectible items, so returns are not accepted once the seals on the box and the wrap around the cards have been removed or broken, and/or the deck has been used. 

We will gladly replace any item that arrives defective or damaged, for the same exact item, as long as we are notified of the defect or damage within 24 hours of your recorded delivery. If you need to set up an exchange, please send an email with a photo of the damage atop your packing slip to sakurasutter@gmail.com
